SPEKPHONE - After various leaks circulated in cyberspace, Xiaomi officially introduced its newest flagship cell phone line, the Xiaomi Mi 9. There are three variants of the Xiaomi Mi 9 introduced, all armed with the latest Qualcomm Sanpdragon 855 chipset.

Introduced in China, the Xiaomi Mi 9 brought a series of specification changes from its predecessor. This phone has a slightly larger screen size, as well as an additional number of cameras.

Xiaomi Mi 9 screen

Xiaomi Mi 9 brings a 6.39-inch wide screen Full HD+ resolution with AMOLED panel. This size is slightly larger than the Mi 8 which carries a screen of about 6.2 inches.

At the top of the screen, there is also a change in the shape of the notch (bangs) that is carried. Xiaomi Mi 9's bangs have a smaller size in the shape of a waterdrop.

The bangs wrap one front camera with a sensor of 20 megapixels which can also be used as a face scanner. This front camera also features an Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature to enhance your pictures.

Camera 

While on the back, the Xiaomi Mi 9 carries a three-camera configuration. The main camera has a Sony IMX586 48 megapixel sensor with f / 1.75 aperture, then 12 megapixel samsung S5K3M5 f / 2.2 with 2x optical zoom, and a 16 megapixel Sony IMX481 f / 2.2 wide-angle camera.

Performance

Behind the kitchen runway, Xiaomi Mi 9 is armed by Sanpdragon 855 chipset. This chipset is paired with two choices of RAM, namely 6 Gb and 8 GB. While the storage capacity is only available for one choice, which is 128 GB.

This phone is supported by a battery with 3,300 mAh power, and is equipped with fast charging technology which can also be recharged wirelessly.

Mi 9 Explorer Edition has specifications similar to the regular Xiaomi Mi 9, but this phone comes with 12 GB RAM.


While the Mi 9 SE has a more minimal size and specifications. This phone has a smaller landscape span of 5.97 inches. Then, another difference lies in the size of the storage carried.


Xiaomi Mi 9SE has two choices of storage capacity with one choice of RAM, namely 6 GB of RAM with 64 GB of storage, and 6 GB of RAM with 128 GB of storage.

Price of Xiaomi Mi 9

For the price, Xiaomi Mi 9 with 6 GB RAM is priced at 2999 yuan (Rp. 6.2 million), while Xiaomi Mi 9 with 8 GB of RAM is priced at 3,299 Yuan.


While Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer Editiion is priced at 3,999 Yuan.


While the cheapest variant of the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is priced at 1,999 yuan (Rp 4.1 million) for 64 GB storage and 2,299 Yuan for 128 GB storage.
